Data Center Career Hub is an educational and career-development platform operated by Roderick Warren, trading as Warren Verlag, Switzerland.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Data Center Career Hub, including its career information, assessments, tools, resources, member features and book companion materials.

By using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you create an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.

2. Educational and Career Guidance

Data Center Career Hub provides educational information, career guidance and career-development resources.

The platform does not provide employment, recruitment, legal, financial or professional certification services.

Career assessments, role recommendations, skills guidance, certification information, interview resources and similar materials are intended to help users explore and prepare for career opportunities.

They do not guarantee employment, interviews, promotions, certifications, salary levels or any particular career outcome.

Users remain responsible for their own career, education, certification and employment decisions.

3. Accounts

Some resources and features require a free member account.

When creating or using an account, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to use the account only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity occurring through it.

You must not attempt to access another user's account, circumvent access controls, obtain administrative privileges without authorization or interfere with the security or operation of the platform.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Member Resources

Certain resources are available only to registered members.

Access to a resource does not transfer ownership of that resource or grant unrestricted rights to reproduce or distribute it.

Access levels, resource availability and platform functionality may change as Data Center Career Hub develops.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the original content made available through Data Center Career Hub, including written materials, career frameworks, worksheets, workbooks, assessments, graphics, resource content and book companion materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Copyright in original Data Center Career Hub materials is held by Roderick Warren unless another copyright holder is identified.

You may use downloadable resources made available to you for your personal career development and other personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not, without permission:

  • sell or commercially redistribute platform resources;
  • reproduce substantial portions of protected materials for public distribution;
  • remove copyright or ownership notices;
  • present Data Center Career Hub materials as your own work; or
  • use the resources to create a competing commercial product or service.

Normal personal use, including printing a worksheet, saving an authorized download or using a resource during your own job search, is permitted.

6. Breaking Into Data Centers

Data Center Career Hub provides companion resources for the Breaking Into Data Centers book series.

Book companion resources may supplement the books but are not guaranteed to reproduce all material contained in the books.

Availability and organization of companion resources may change over time.

Purchase of a book is not currently required to create a standard Data Center Career Hub member account unless a specific resource expressly states otherwise.

7. Certifications and External Information

Data Center Career Hub may provide information about certifications, training providers, employers, career paths and external websites.

Certification requirements, exam structures, prices, provider policies and employer requirements can change.

Users should verify important or time-sensitive information directly with the relevant certification provider, employer or official source.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Data Center Career Hub does not control those websites or their content, privacy practices or availability.

8. Career Tools and Assessments

Tools such as Career Fit, skills checklists, interview preparation tools and career-planning resources are educational aids.

Results should not be interpreted as professional psychological testing, employment screening or a determination of whether a person is qualified for a particular job.

The current career tools may process entries temporarily in your browser. Where a tool states that information is session-only, that information is not intended to be permanently saved by the tool and may be lost when the page is refreshed or closed.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use Data Center Career Hub to:

  • violate applicable law;
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data;
  • disrupt or damage the platform;
  • introduce malicious software;
  • scrape or systematically extract protected content for unauthorized commercial use;
  • impersonate another person;
  • misuse downloadable materials; or
  • use the service in a manner that infringes the rights of others.

Reasonable use of publicly available career information for personal research is permitted.

10. Availability and Changes

Features, resources, career information and functionality may be added, changed, reorganized or removed.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, technical problems or other operational reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

11. Suspension or Termination

Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, its users or its resources, including in cases of misuse, unauthorized access attempts or material violation of these Terms.
